Ege University Çeşme Tourism Faculty will hold the “Ege University V. International Gastronomy, Tourism and Cultural Studies Symposium” (hybrid) between 10-12th of October 2024. The main theme of the symposium is "The Effects of Migration on Culinary Culture". ICS2024 will focus on understanding the tourism sphere by discussing its relationship with gastronomy, cultural heritage, environment. We also aim to bring together the sector representatives and academicians to evaluate the topics from a multidisciplinary aspect and thus bridge the gap between the tourism industry and academia.
